Personality: Baldufa is pure joy and energy ✨ She loves exploring every corner, playing nonstop, and she’s always looking for company (human and feline). She’s outgoing, curious, and affectionate—perfect for a home that enjoys a lively, playful spirit.
Everything around her fascinates her. She wants to discover the world, learn new mischief, and share her charm. Whatever she does, she always manages to make you smile and steal your heart.
She enjoys climbing the highest scratching post she can find or any piece of furniture that gives her a good view. She also loves hiding in the cat tunnel.
She always waits for you at the front door; she knows exactly when you’re about to arrive, and there she’ll be: “Hi mom, how was your day?” “Now remember, it’s my dinner time.” 😹
Baldufa never skips a good breakfast and a good dinner. She eagerly awaits her portion of wet food (cans). She’s also quick to run after her snacks. Her foster mom throws them down the hallway, and Baldufa becomes the fastest one to grab her prize.

Why “Baldufa”? Her name comes from Catalan and means “spinning top,” that wooden toy that twirls without stopping. And that’s exactly what she’s like: a little one full of movement, vitality, and eagerness to share 😸
She lives with Kia and has also lived with other cats waiting for their forever families. She always adapts very well and is the most curious when meeting newcomers. As an extroverted girl, she needs a feline companion to enjoy life to the fullest. As the saying goes: Carpe Diem.
Baldufa appeared alone on the street. Because she’s so sociable and trusting, we believe she was abandoned—the typical case of a family with an unspayed cat who, once the kittens are weaned, sends them out to the street. From the very first moment, she sought affection and attention, making it clear that her place is with people who love and care for her.

If adopting as a pair we recommend: Kia. She has also lived with other Gatalunya cats and adapts very easily to newcomers.
Can Iive with kids? Yes, absolutely. She’d do well with children of any age.
Can live with other animals? Yes. Untested with dogs but we think he'd be fine.
Ideal home: Living with her foster companion Kia, or with another compatible cat, in any type of family—whether with a single person, a couple, or a household with children. Please note that we give priority to people who already have a compatible resident cat, or who adopt her in a pair. A balcony or terrace is always a plus!

Todo lo que ocurre a su alrededor la fascina. Quiere descubrir el mundo, aprender nuevas travesuras y compartir su simpatía. Haga lo que haga, siempre consigue sacarte una sonrisa y robarte el corazón.
Le gusta trepar por el rascador más alto que encuentre o algún mueble que le permita tener buenas vistas. También camuflarse en el túnel para gatos
Siempre te espera en la puerta de casa, sabe perfectamente cuándo vas a llegar y allí estará ella: “hola mami, cómo ha ido tu día” “Ahora acuérdate que es mi hora de comer”. 😹
Balfuda no perdona un buen desayuno y una buena cena, espera con entusiasmo su ración de comida húmeda (latas). También es rápida en ir a buscar sus snacks. Su mamá de acogida se los tira por el pasillo y se vuelve la más veloz para conseguir su premio.

¿Porqué “Baldufa”? Su nombre proviene del catalán y significa “peonza”, ese juguete que madera que gira sin cesar. Y así es ella: una chiquitina llena de movimiento, vitalidad y ganas de compartir 😸
Convive con Kia, y también ha convivido con otros gatos que buscan su familia definitiva. Siempre se adapta muy bien y es la más curiosa a la hora de conocerlos. Como chica extrovertida, necesita un compañero gatuno para disfrutar la vida al máximo. Ya lo dice el lema: Carpe Diem.
Baldufa apareció sola en la calle. Por lo sociable y confiada que es, creemos que fue abandonada, el típico caso de una familia que tiene una gata sin castrar y una vez destetados los gatitos, los echan a la calle. Desde el primer instante buscaba mimos y atención, dejando claro que su lugar está con las personas que la quieran y la cuiden.
Si adoptas en pareja te recomendamos: Kia. También ha convivido con otros gatos de Gatalunya) y se adapta con mucha facilidad a los recién llegados.
¿Puede vivir con niños? Sí, por supuesto. Estaría bien con niños de cualquier edad.
¿Puede vivir con otros animales? Sí. No se ha probado con perros pero creemos que con la debida presentación no habría ningún problema.
Hogar ideal: Vivir con su compañera de acogida Kia, u otro gato compatible con cualquier tipo de familia, ya sea un(a) solter@, una pareja o un hogar con niños. Por favor, ten en cuenta que damos prioridad a personas ya con otr@ gat@ compatible residente o que adopten a una pareja.
