Personality: Beaumont has a lot to say, he’s that kind of guy! 🎩 He is a chatty cat, who really loves companionship. He’s there waiting for you at the door when you come in, when he sees you leaving he lets you know that he’s not thrilled but can’t WAIT until you’re home, and follows you around the house to catch up on all the latest gossip. He’s not too heavy with his attentions at all, just the right kind of sociable and endearing. A loving cat who was raised around people from the beginning but was then left on his own to survive in the mountains. He has always found his way to people wherever he goes, trusting and open-hearted. We’re so glad that now he will get to have a family who will value him the way that he always deserved.

Beaumont is engaged, and caring. A guardian cat. He will let you know when it's time for bed but he doesn’t push, and will happily curl up with you on the couch until you also agree that it's time. When you get into bed he presses up against you, keeping you safe and warm all night. He gives himself a good bath and then sleeps and dreams with you until it's time for breakfast. He'll let you know it's time 😉 This is the kind of cat that if you do have children in your home, he will be their watcher from the first moment, loving their presence, taking care of them. If children aren’t for you, he will watch over your mental health, make sure you keep focused on the important things in life, and keep you laughing.

For all that he loves people, Beaumont also appreciates his alone time and isn’t clingy. He hangs out in his personal spaces in his foster home and is very happy to spend the day sleeping in his hidden spots. Always happy to see you, but not needing you 24/7 to live his best life.

He’s not much more than a baby. And he doesn’t forget it: Beaumont is very playful with interactive toys, and loves to jump after toy mice and strings ❤️ He also has a socially conscious side, and puts effort into helping your recycle ♻️ Or perhaps indeed he has an artist’s heart? Whichever it is, his favorite thing in the world is to shred cardboard, with corrugated cardboard being his preferred medium 🎨 Does Beaumont sound too fancy for you, with his fancy name and fancy art? Not to worry: a toilet paper roll is the absolute BEST fun 😹

We would never call him vain but we must mention just how much this boy enjoys looking at himself in the mirror 💅 Is it vanity? Or does he see a friend? 🥹 We aren’t sure yet, but he definitely enjoys spending some one-on-one time with himself.

Beaumont is an easy, wonderful cat who is so very young still, and is sociable with all. He has talked his way off the mountain and into one of our foster homes, and will be an incredible addition to any family. He is cuddly, can be picked up and carted around by anyone (big human or small) and is looking for someone to call his own.

If adopting as a pair we recommend: Beaumont is the only cat in his foster home but would do fine with others if you’re interested in adopting two. Ask us, if so!

Can Iive with kids? Yes!

Can live with other animals? Yes. Untested with dogs in a home but we think he'd be fine, he’s been around them plenty in the street.

Ideal home: Beaumont will be happy with any type of family—whether a single person, a couple, or a household with children.

A balcony or terrace is always a plus

Personalidad:  Beaumont tiene mucho que decir, ¡es ese tipo de caballero! 🎩 Es un gato muy parlachín, al que le encanta la compañía. Te espera en la puerta cuando llegas a casa, y cuando te ve salir te hace saber que no le hace mucha gracia, pero que estará ENCANTADO cuando vuelvas a casa, y te sigue por todo el hogar para ponerse al día con los últimos cotilleos. No es nada pesado con sus atenciones, es sociable y entrañable en su justa medida. Es un gato cariñoso que se crió rodeado de gente desde el principio, pero que luego se quedó solo para sobrevivir por la montaña. Siempre ha sabido encontrar el camino hacia las personas allá donde va, confiado y de corazón abierto. Estamos muy contentxs de que ahora vaya a tener una familia que lo valore como siempre se ha merecido.

Beaumont es comprometido y cariñoso. Un gato guardián. Te avisará cuando sea hora de acostarse, pero sin presionarte, y se acurrucará felizmente contigo en el sofá hasta que tú también estés de acuerdo en que es hora. Cuando te acuestas, se acurruca contra ti, manteniéndote a salvo y abrigado toda la noche. Se da un buen baño y luego duerme y sueña a tu lado hasta que llega la hora del desayuno. Te avisará de que es la hora 😉 Es el tipo de gato que, si tienes niños en casa, será su guardián desde el primer momento, amando su presencia y cuidándolos. Si los niños no son para ti, él velará por tu salud mental, se asegurará de que te mantengas centrado en las cosas importantes de la vida y te hará reír.

A pesar de que le encanta la gente, Beaumont también disfruta de su tiempo a solas y no es pesado. Le gusta pasar el rato en los espacios suyos en su casa de acogida y es muy feliz pasando el día durmiendo en sus rincones secretos. Siempre se alegra de verte, pero no te necesita las 24 horas del día para vivir su mejor vida.

No es más que un bebé. Y él no se lo olvida: Beaumont es muy juguetón con los juguetes interactivos y le encanta saltar tras ratones de juguete y cuerdas ❤️ También tiene un lado socialmente consciente y se esfuerza por ayudarte a reciclar ♻️ ¿O tal vez tiene un corazón de artista? Sea lo que sea, lo que más le gusta en el mundo es destrozar cartón, siendo el cartón corrugado su medio preferido 🎨 ¿Te parece Beaumont demasiado sofisticado para ti, con su nombre elegante y su arte sofisticado? No te preocupes: un rollo de papel higiénico es lo MÁS divertido 😹

Nunca diríamos que es vanidoso, pero debemos mencionar lo mucho que le gusta mirarse en el espejo 💅 ¿Es vanidad? ¿O ve a un amigo? 🥹 Aún no lo sabemos, pero sin duda disfruta pasando tiempo a solas consigo mismo.

Beaumont es un gato fácil y maravilloso, todavía muy joven y sociable con todos. Ha conseguido salir de la montaña y llegar a uno de nuestros hogares de acogida, y será una increíble incorporación para cualquier familia. Es cariñoso, cualquiera (grande o pequeño) puede cogerlo en brazos y llevarlo de un lado a otro, y está buscando a alguien a quien llamar suyo.

Si adoptas en pareja te recomendamos: Beaumont es el único gato en su casa de acogida, pero se lleva bien con otros si estuvieras interesad@ en adoptar dos. ¡Pregúntanos!

¿Puede vivir con niños? Sí!

¿Puede vivir con otros animales? Sí. No se ha probado con perros en casa pero creemos que con la debida presentación no habría ningún problema, ha estado con varios en la calle.

Hogar ideal: Beaumont estará encantado con cualquier tipo de familia, ya sea un(a) solter@, una pareja o una familia con niños.
