Personality: Claire? Claire is C U R I O U S 🤭 She is shy to start, but that melts away and what you find underneath is curiosity overlaid with a thick layer of playfulness. She is observant and loves to keep an eye on her humans and check out what they're up to. She's not an oppressive presence demanding your constant attention, just lovely company and wants to be part of the living being done in her home. We can't tell if she's a bit vain or enjoys the extra "company," but Claire also spends some time staring at herself in the mirror 💅

She has recently figured out that she's got an older feline foster sister and is very interested to make her acquaintance. Big sis isn't saying yes...yet. Claire has shown herself to be patient and respectful of her space. She has good instincts, this girl. She's also not a dominant personality, and is chilled out in general.
When she's not watching and relaxing, Claire does love a good play session and is particularly interested in murdering anything made of string or feather. She can play independently but if she wants you to join she has a few tricks. This includes gnawing on her favourite string while staring you right in the eyes. Who could resist? (You'd better not resist 😼😅) She is a funny little huntress with her huge eyes and ears down, ready to pounce. If you’re petting her on her neck she’ll reach it up towards you and suddenly you have a little 🦇🐈‍⬛🖤

This is where we mention that we know several members of Claire's family where she was born in the street. We've actually been waiting to meet her since before she was even born. The whole family is WAY too tame for street cats, it's very unusual. Claire could be handled immediately after we trapped her, and you could do anything with her since day one, including cutting her nails. One of our team members adopted her aunt and she is the best cat ever. These cats are hiding in plain sight in their black fur suits which they know unfortunately don't attract people's attention. That's clever, because the person who adopts Claire is going to deserve the hidden gem inside. This family is made up of deeply beautiful cats, soul cats, the cats you'll compare all future cats to.

Claire is going to make a great companion for someone. She'd be an amazing second cat or to pair with a dog, and she would also be wonderful as the only child. Once you have her confidence she has the potential to truly be the love of your life.

If adopting as a pair we recommend: Claire is in her foster home as a single kitten, so we don't have any particular pairing to recommend for her but feel free to ask about another of our cats/kittens in combination with him! We have a couple who could work.

Can live with kids? Claire has the personality to enjoy being around older children and joining in on all the interesting things they get up to, yes. She would need some time to adjustment to them. She's more an "I dig human adults" type of kitten.

Can live other animals? With other cats, yes. Untested with dogs so we aren't sure, buy suspect she would be great with a dog for a playmate so long as their personalities are compatible.

Ideal home: With another playful cat or dog friend, living with a single person or couple, in a quieter home.

A balcony or terrace is always a plus!

Personalidad: ¿Claire? Claire es C U R I O S A 🤭 Es tímida al principio, pero eso se desvanece y lo que encuentras debajo es curiosidad superpuesta con una gruesa capa de diversión. Es observadora y le encanta vigilar a sus humanos y comprobar lo que están haciendo. No es una presencia opresiva que exige tu atención constante, solo una compañía encantadora y quiere ser parte de la vida que se lleva a cabo en su hogar. No podemos decir si es un poco vanidosa o disfruta de la "compañía" adicional, pero Claire también pasa un rato mirándose en el espejo 💅

Recientemente descubrió que tiene una hermana de acogida felina mayor y está muy interesada en conocerla. La hermana mayor no dice que sí... todavía. Claire ha demostrado ser paciente y respetuosa; tiene buenos instintos, esta chica. Tampoco tiene una personalidad dominante y, en general, es tranquila. Cuando no está observando y relajándose, a Claire le encanta una buena sesión de juegos y está particularmente interesada en asesinar cualquier cosa hecha de hilo o pluma. Puede jugar de forma independiente, pero si quiere que te unas, tiene algunos trucos. Esto incluye morder su hilo favorito mientras te mira directamente a los ojos. ¿Quién podría resistirse? (Será mejor que no te resistas 😼😅) Es una pequeña cazadora divertida con sus enormes ojos y orejas hacia abajo, lista para saltar. Si la estás acariciando en el cuello, lo alcanzará hacia ti y de repente tienes un pequeño 🦇🐈‍⬛🖤

Aquí es donde mencionamos que conocemos a varios miembros de la familia de Claire donde ella nació en la calle. De hecho, hemos estado esperando conocerla desde antes de que naciera. Toda la familia es DEMASIADO mansa para los gatos callejeros, es muy inusual. Claire podría ser manipulada inmediatamente después de que la atrapáramos, y podrías hacer cualquier cosa con ella desde el día uno, incluso cortarle las uñas. Una de los miembros de nuestro equipo adoptó a su tía y ella es la mejor gata del mundo. Estos gatos se esconden a simple vista en sus trajes de pelaje negra que, lamentablemente, saben que no atraen la atención de la gente. Eso es inteligente, porque la persona que adopte a Claire se merecerá la joya escondida dentro. Esta familia está formada por gatos profundamente hermosos, gatos del alma, los gatos con los que compararás a todos los gatos del futuro.

Claire va a ser una gran compañera para alguien. Sería una segunda gata increíble o para emparejar con un perro, y también sería maravillosa como hija única. Una vez que tengas su confianza, ella tiene el potencial de ser el verdadero amor de tu vida.

Si adoptas en pareja te recomendamos: Claire está en su casa de acogida como gatita única, por lo que no tenemos ninguna pareja en particular para recomendarte, ¡pero no dudes en preguntar por otr@ de nuestros gatitos en combinación con ella! Hay un@s que por sus personalidades podrían ser un buen match.

¿Puede vivir con niños?: Claire tiene la personalidad para disfrutar de estar cerca de niños mayores y unirse a todas las cosas interesantes que hacen, sí. Necesitaría algo de tiempo para adaptarse a ellos. Es más una gatita tipo "soy de adultos."

¿Puede vivir con otros animales?: Con otros gatos, sí. No hemos probado con perros, por lo que no estamos seguras, pero sospechamos que estaría genial como compi de juegos de un perrit@ siempre que sus personalidades sean compatibles.

Hogar ideal: Con otr@ amig@ gatun@ o perrun@ juguetón, viviendo con un(a) solter@ o pareja, en un hogar más tranquilo.
