Personality: Flower is the perfect bff/flatmate for someone who enjoys feline company and also appreciates their space. Companionship and shared respect are the hallmarks of a relationship with this adult girl with a silly side. She is playful and can keep both herself and you entertained and amused. She loves building a blanket fort for herself, taking her time time dragging her blanket to the preferred location and making a very cosy nest. Next minute you'll find her suspiciously hunting down and attacking any parts of the blanket which are apparently moving 👀 Relaxing or playing? Why not both? 😹

Flower loves being petted but it takes her time to get comfortable so her human(s) will need to have patience. It’s worth it when you get there! She just needs some time to trust. She enjoys human companionship and launches a beautiful morning greeting routine when her foster mum wakes up, approaching and happily rubbing herself on anything in sight, circling around to say hi to her human 🥰 She has finally had some stability in her current foster home after an unsettled first few months with us and we have really seen her blossom in the calm environment there 🌷❤️ She now actively seeks out affection and physical attention, and we have no doubt now that she is a loving companion. We do mention that Flower isn’t a fan of being touched on her backend/lower body. We suspect she may have suffered an injury or fall at some point in the past but there is no evidence of anything on x-rays. She also doesn't jump up onto things much. Though she loves having easy-to-reach spots to survey her kingdom from on high, like the queen she is 👑

Flower pays great attention when her foster mum sits next to her and talks to her, rewarding her with purrs. They have lovely conversations. And we've noticed she seems to be a reader! What a little character! If there is a book open anywhere she likes to look at the pictures and pages. So maybe you like literature and want to share it with someone? Flower could be the missing piece of your book club 🤗

Flower isn't the cat for everyone but she is the perfect companion for the right someone. She will take some time to accept affection so whoever adopts her is a mature and sensitive person, accepts her as she is, and has a calm environment they'd like to share with this funny, quirky little being who has had a tough start in life. This girl is a character: Flower is no pushover. She has had to be a survivor. Cats who look like her don't end up in the streets every day and are even less built for it than a "regular" cat. They were bred to be dependent on humans and cared for by us. Someone has broken Flower, and we would love to find her someone who will put her completely back together again. We have already seen her happiness return in a major way, and the next step in her journey is to find her the peace and love of a permanent home ❤️

Can Iive with kids? No, Flower would be better off with adults

Can live with other animals? Flower would prefer to be only cat, we suspect. We're not sure about other species, but she could potentially live with calm animals with the right introductions.

Ideal home: A peaceful home with a mature single or couple, without other animals.

A balcony or terrace would be a real plus for Flower. We think she'd find her spirit further healed with a safe spot where she could enjoy something of a connection to nature.

Personalidad: Flower es la perfecta bff/compañera de piso para alguien que disfrute de la compañía felina y también aprecie su espacio. El compañerismo y el respeto compartido son las características de una relación con esta chica adulta con un lado tonto. Es juguetona y puede entretenerse y divertirte tanto a ti como a ella. Le encanta construirse un fuerte de mantas, se toma su tiempo para arrastrar la manta hasta el lugar preferido y hacer un nido muy acogedor. Al minuto siguiente la encontrarás buscando y atacando sospechosamente cualquier parte de la manta que aparentemente se mueva 👀 ¿Relajarse o jugar? Por qué no las dos cosas? 😹

A Flower le encanta que le des mimos especialmente a la cabeza, pero tarda en sentirse cómoda, así que su(s) humanx(s) tendrá(n) que tener paciencia. ¡Vale la pena! Sólo necesita algo de tiempo para confiar. Ella disfruta de la compañía humana y hace una bonita rutina de saludo matutino cuando su mamá de acogida se despierta, acercándose y frotándose alegremente en todo lo que ve, dando vueltas para saludar a su humana 🥰 Finalmente ha tenido algo de estabilidad en su casa de acogida actual, después de unos primeros meses inestables con nosotrxs y realmente la hemos visto florecer en su entorno tranquilo allí 🌷❤️ Ahora busca activamente afecto y caricias, y no tenemos ninguna duda de que ella es una compañera amorosa. Comentamos que a Flower no le gusta mucho que la toquen en la parte inferior del cuerpo. Sospechamos que puede haber sufrido alguna lesión o caída en el pasado pero no hay evidencia de nada en las radiografías. Tampoco salta mucho sobre las cosas. Aunque le encanta tener lugares de fácil acceso para vigilar su reino desde lo alto, como la reina que es 👑

Flower presta mucha atención cuando su mamá de acogida se sienta a su lado y le habla, recompensándola con ronroneos. Tienen muy buenas charlas. ¡Y nos hemos dado cuenta de que parece ser una lectora! ¡Qué personaje! Si hay un libro abierto en cualquier sitio le gusta mirar las fotos y las páginas. Así que, ¿quizá te gusta la literatura y quieres compartirla con alguien? Flower podría ser la pieza que falta en tu club de lectura 🤗

Flower no es la gata para todo el mundo, pero es la compañera perfecta para alguien. Tardará un tiempo en aceptar los mimos por lo que quien la adopte sea una persona madura y sensible, que la acepte tal y como es y que tenga un entorno tranquilo que le apetezca compartir con este pequeño ser divertido y estrafalario que ha tenido un duro comienzo de la vida. Esta chica tiene carácter: Flower no es ninguna pusilánime. Ha tenido que ser una superviviente. Los gatos que se parecen a ella no acaban en la calle todos los días y están incluso menos hechos para ello que un gato "normal". Fueron criados para depender de los humanos y ser cuidados por nosotrxs. Alguien ha roto a Flower y nos encantaría encontrarle a alguien que la recomponga por completo. Ya hemos visto su felicidad regresar de manera importante, y el siguiente paso en su viaje es encontrarle la paz y el amor de un hogar permanente ❤️

Si adoptas en pareja te recomendamos: Flower está en acogida sola y se puede adoptar sola también.

¿Puede vivir con niños? No, pensamos que Flower sería más apta para adultos.

¿Puede vivir con otros animales? Flower preferiría ser gata única. En cuanto a otros especies, no estamos segurxs pero creemos que con la debida presentación no habría ningún problema. 

Hogar ideal: Un hogar tranquilo con una persona o pareja madura, sin otros animales.

Un balcón o terraza sería una verdadera ventaja para Flower. Creemos que su espíritu se curaría más con un lugar y seguro donde pudiera disfrutar de una conexión con la naturaleza.
