Frida

Personality: If you haven't had the luck to meet Frida yet - and you probably haven't 😹 - you should probably understand that you can't meet her and not adore her. This girl is a grade-A heartbreaker. She appeared out of nowhere in the pueblo where our teammate feeds street cats and she wanted 1. Affection 2. Food and 3. Affection. She ate like she hadn't eaten in ages, begged for love like she'd never had it, and had fleas crawling all over her face. It was such a heartbreaking sight and having her with us now is an honour.

Someone loved this kitten. Someone raised her into a cat who loves every person she ever met. But they didn't love her enough to give her the respect, care and love she deserved. That's where we've stepped in. Her three sets of foster parents (it's summer: we've had to move her around a bit!) have all adored her and would love to adopt her. Between other cats in the home and allergies, we unfortunately can't. She is so adaptable and has entered into each new world with open paws.

Frida just loves human company. She is very sociable. She doesn't like other cats as much 🤭 And she likes and deserves a good amount of attention. We don't want this girl going to a home where her family is out all day every day. She is so cuddly! She will let you hold her like a baby. She will touch your face and look into your eyes. It is the dearest thing. Frida also loves to give kisses and will give your face some licks to show you how much she loves you. And Frida loves to play ❤ No matter what toy you get her, nothing will compare to shoelaces or the string on your pyjama pants.

If you thought you like to use the bathroom by yourself, we hate to tell you, but you're wrong! 😹 Frida is certified in bathroom companionship and considers it part of her role in the home to make sure that you're well-accompanied.

This is one great girl. If you're looking for an easy, sweet-natured cat, we really suggest you consider transitioning from "I haven't met Frida" to "I've met her, what an amazing cat, I need at least three Fridas in my life" ❤

If adopting as a pair we recommend: Frida is being fostered and can be adopted on her own.

Can Iive with kids? Yes

Can live with other animals? Frida is better as an only cat, or at least to start with. She hasn't been tested with dogs, but we think she'd be fine with one with the proper introductions.

Ideal home: A home with a lot of love to give, with any kind of family: a single, couple or bigger family with children would be fine.

A balcony or terrace is always a plus!

Personalidad: Si aún no has tenido la suerte de conocer a Frida, y probablemente no lo hayas tenido 😹, probablemente deberías entender que no puedes conocerla y no adorarla. Esta chica es una rompecorazones de grado A. Apareció de la nada en el pueblo donde nuestra compañera alimenta a los gatos callejeros y quería 1. Cariño 2. Comida y 3. Cariño. Comió como si no hubiera comido en mucho tiempo, rogó por amor como si nunca lo hubiera tenido y tenía pulgas arrastrándose por toda su cara. Fue una vista tan desgarradora y tenerla con nosotros ahora es un honor.

Alguien amaba a esta gatita. Alguien la crió hasta convertirla en una gatita que adora a todas las personas que ha conocido en su vida. Pero no la amaban lo suficiente como para darle el respeto, el cuidado y el amor que se merecía. Ahí es donde intervinimos. Sus tres casas de acogida (es verano: ¡tuvimos que cambiarla de lugar un poco!) la hemos adorado y nos encantaría adoptarla. Entre otros gatos en el hogar y alergias, lamentablemente no podemos. Ella es muy adaptable y ha entrado en cada nuevo mundo con el corazón abierto.

Frida simplemente ama la compañía humana. Ella es muy sociable. No le gustan tanto otros gatos 🤭 Y le gusta y merece una buena cantidad de atención. No queremos que esta niña vaya a una casa donde su familia está fuera todo el día todos los días. ¡Ella es tan tierna! Te dejará cogerla en brazos como un bebé. Ella tocará tu cara y te mirará a los ojos. Es la cosa más preciosa. A Frida también le encanta dar besos y te dará lamidas en la cara para demostrarte cuánto te quiere. Y a Frida le encanta jugar ❤ No importa qué juguete le regales, nada se compara con los cordones de los zapatos o el cordón de los pantalones de tu pijama.

Si pensabas que te gustaba usar el baño solo, lamentamos decírtelo, ¡pero te equivocas! 😹 Frida está certificada en compañerismo en el baño y considera que es parte de su rol en el hogar asegurarse de que estés bien acompañad@.

Esta es una gran chica. Si estás buscando una gatita sencilla y dulce, te sugerimos que consideres la transición de "No he conocido a Frida" a "La he conocido, qué gata tan increíble, necesito al menos tres Fridas en mi vida" ❤

Si adoptas en pareja te recomendamos: Frida está en acogida sola y se puede adoptar sola también.

¿Puede vivir con niños? Sí

¿Puede vivir con otros animales? Frida preferiría ser gata única, o al menos para empezar. En cuanto a los perros, no estamos segurxs pero creemos que con la debida presentación no habría ningún problema. 

Hogar ideal: Un hogar con mucho amor para dar, con cualquier tipo de familia: un(a) solter@, una pareja o una familia más grande.
