Personality: Giovanni is one of those cats who, without making much noise, slowly becomes your little shadow 🐾💛. No matter what you’re doing, he’ll follow you around, watching everything with his bright, curious expression 😸.

He definitely has the soul of a fitness buddy 🏋️‍♀️😹. The moment you roll out a yoga mat to stretch, do yoga, or work out, Giovanni will instantly appear to supervise the session. He loves lying nearby and carefully observing every single movement.

He’s also very talkative. He has a very special way of answering you and holding little “conversations” that sometimes makes it feel like he perfectly understands everything you say ✨. It’s impossible not to end up talking to him constantly once you live with him.

At home, he’s an incredibly affectionate and loving cat 💞. He’s always seeking contact, coming over to rub his little head against your hand and sweetly ask for cuddles. He also has the wonderful habit of doing “croquettes” on the floor — happily rolling from side to side while enjoying being petted. There’s something especially heartwarming about seeing him so relaxed and content, simply enjoying being with you.

And when it comes to food… Giovanni absolutely adores wet food 😋. He gets so excited about it that it’s impossible not to feel like a proud grandmother serving an extra portion to her favorite grandchild.

Winning him over during playtime is easy too. He can entertain himself chasing a ball, a feather wand, or even a tiny forgotten piece of paper on the floor 🪶. He especially enjoys those tower toys with balls inside, which can keep him happily busy for quite a while.

At night, he has a particularly sweet routine 🌙. He’ll usually come to bed with you and stay close for a few minutes, quietly sharing the end of the day while seeming to pay attention to whatever show or series you’re watching. Then he curls up at the foot of the bed to sleep nearby for a while and, once he’s relaxed and satisfied with his dose of company, he’ll move off to another cozy corner where he can stretch out completely and rest with all the space in the world 😹.

Giovanni also loves sunshine and little moments of exploration ☀️🌿. He enjoys going out onto the terrace, snooping around, watching the outside world, and soaking in everything happening around him. He’s a very intelligent cat and incredibly easy to live with because he quickly understands household routines and adapts perfectly to every part of the day.

He also gets along wonderfully with other cats 🐱💛, making him a perfect fit for a home that already has feline companions. He has that perfect mix of sociable, playful cat and calm, loving companion.

If adopting as a pair we recommend: Giovanni is currently in foster care with other cats, so he easily adapts to new furry companions.

Can Iive with kids? Yes, he would do well with both young children and teenagers.

Can live with other animals? Yes. Untested with dogs but we think he'd be fine.

Ideal home:  He would do best living with any of his foster siblings or with another compatible cat, and he would fit wonderfully into any type of home — whether with a single person, a couple, or a larger family. Please note that priority will be given to adopters who already have a compatible resident cat or who are looking to adopt a pair. A balcony or terrace is always a plus!

Personalidad: Giovanni es de esos gatos que, sin hacer demasiado ruido, terminan convirtiéndose en tu pequeña sombra 🐾💛. Da igual lo que estés haciendo él irá detrás, observándolo todo con esa expresión suya tan despierta e interesante 😸.

Tiene madera de compañero fitness 🏋️‍♀️😹. Si sacas la esterilla para hacer yoga, estirar o entrenar un rato, Giovanni aparecerá automáticamente para supervisar la sesión. Le encanta tumbarse cerca y observar cada movimiento con muchísima atención.

Es muy hablador. Tiene una forma muy especial de responderte y mantener “conversaciones” que hace que a veces parezca que entiende perfectamente todo lo que le dices ✨. Es imposible no acabar hablándole constantemente cuando convives con él.

En casa es un gato muy cariñoso y cercano 💞. Busca el contacto continuamente, acercándose para frotar su cabecita contra tu mano y pedir mimos con muchísima dulzura. También tiene esa maravillosa costumbre de hacer “croquetas” por el suelo, girándose feliz de un lado a otro mientras disfruta de las caricias. Hay algo especialmente enternecedor en verlo tan relajado y contento, simplemente disfrutando de estar contigo.

Y si hablamos de comida… Giovanni siente auténtica devoción por la comida húmeda 😋. Le entusiasma tanto que es imposible no sentirse como una abuelita orgullosa sirviéndole una ración extra a su nieto favorito.

A la hora de jugar tampoco es complicado conquistarle. Puede entretenerse persiguiendo una pelota, una caña con plumas o incluso un simple trocito de papel olvidado en el suelo 🪶. Disfruta muchísimo de esos juguetes tipo torre con bolas, con los que puede pasar un buen rato entretenido.

Por las noches tiene una rutina especialmente bonita 🌙. Suele acompañarte a la cama y quedarse unos minutos contigo, compartiendo tranquilamente el final del día mientras parece prestar atención al programa o serie que tengas puesta. Después se acomoda a los pies de la cama para dormir cerca un ratito y, cuando ya está relajado y satisfecho con su dosis de compañía, busca otro rincón donde estirarse a sus anchas y descansar con todo el espacio del mundo 😹.

Giovanni también disfruta muchísimo del sol y de los momentos de exploración ☀️🌿. Le encanta salir a la terraza, curiosear, observar el exterior y empaparse de todo lo que sucede a su alrededor. Es un gato muy inteligente y fácil de convivir con él, porque entiende rápidamente las rutinas de casa y sabe adaptarse perfectamente a cada momento del día.

Además, convive muy bien con otros gatos 🐱💛, por lo que encaja genial en un hogar donde ya haya compañeros felinos. Tiene esa mezcla perfecta entre gato sociable, divertido y compañero tranquilo.

Si adoptas en pareja te recomendamos: Giovanni viene con otros gatos en acogida, así que se adapta fácilmente a nuevos peludos.

¿Puede vivir con niños? Sí, sería fácil tanto con niños pequeños como adolescentes.

¿Puede vivir con otros animales? Sí. No se ha probado con perros pero creemos que con la debida presentación no habría ningún problema. 

Hogar ideal: Vivir con cualquiera de sus herman@s de acogida u otro(s) gato(s) compatible(s) con cualquier tipo de familia, ya sea un(a) solter@, una pareja o una familia más grande. Por favor, ten en cuenta que damos prioridad a personas ya con otr@ gat@ compatible residente o que adopten a una pareja. ¡Un balcón o terraza es siempre una ventaja!
