Personality: Nico is a beautifully balanced cat: curious yet respectful; active, yet a true lover of calm moments. He has that special mix that makes him truly unique. He loves to explore, play, and observe the world with his adventurous spirit… but he also knows how to enjoy long naps in his favorite cozy spot.

He is, without a doubt, a very affectionate cat 🧡 He enjoys human company, being close to you, and receiving lots of pets. He loves curling up on your lap, gently seeking your hand to rub against it, and from time to time, giving you little “kisses” with soft licks 💋 He’s sweet and loving without being demanding: he’ll give you space when you need it, while happily enjoying his independence.

He enjoys resting on top of a cat tree, inside a simple cardboard box, or on a soft, comfy bed. And yes… he can be quite talkative too, so get ready to have little “conversations” with your furry companion (he’ll never argue back 😹).

Nico also has a playful and funny side: he runs around like a kitten, jumping and bouncing, whether he’s chasing a small toy ball or showing off his acrobatics with a feather wand. His hunting instincts come alive, and all his senses switch on… until he settles back into his calm and relaxed self.

He has lived with a young child 👦🏻 They were great playmates, and he would even sleep cuddled up on the pillow next to him. Nico is very respectful and adapts well to every moment, whether it’s playtime or bedtime.

He truly enjoys fresh air: walking on a safe terrace or simply watching birds makes him very happy. Breathing in the outdoors is one of his favorite pleasures.

And here’s a little quirk that will surely make you smile: if you leave the bathroom door open 🚽, chances are he’ll come join you by climbing onto your lap. Your needs don’t matter much in that moment—his priority is getting cuddles.

Nico was found wandering aimlessly on rooftops, clearly disoriented. We asked neighbors, but no one recognized him. We don’t know if he was abandoned or living outdoors, but he arrived in poor condition: not dewormed, not microchipped, not neutered, and with some wounds from fights. Since he’s been with us, no one has come looking for him.

If adopting as a pair we recommend: Nico prefers to be the only cat in the home. He’ll be happiest as the king of his castle.

Can Iive with kids? Yes! In fact, he has lived very well with a young child. He understands boundaries and is a great playmate.

Can live with other animals? Nico prefers to be the only cat in the household.

Ideal home: He can adapt to any type of family—whether a single person, a couple, or a larger family with children. A balcony or terrace is always a plus!

Personalidad: Nico es un gato con un equilibrio precioso: curioso, pero respetuoso; activo, pero amante de la calma. Tiene esa mezcla especial que lo hace único. Le encanta explorar, jugar y observar el mundo con su toque aventurero… pero también sabe disfrutar de largas siestas en su rincón favorito.

Sin duda, es un gran mimoso 🧡 Disfruta de la compañía humana, tenerte cerca y recibir caricias. Le encanta acomodarse en tu regazo, buscar tu mano para frotarse y, de vez en cuando, regalarte algún lamido a modo de beso 💋 Es dulce y cariñoso, pero sin ser demandante: sabrá darte tu espacio cuando lo necesites, mientras él disfruta de su independencia.

Le gusta descansar en lo alto de un rascador, en una simple caja de cartón o en una cama mullidita. Y sí, también es algo parlanchín… así que prepárate para compartir pequeñas conversaciones con tu compañero peludo (nunca te llevará la contraria 😹).

Nico también tiene su lado más divertido: corretear como un cachorrito dando brincos, ya sea detrás de una pequeña pelota de juguete o haciendo algunas acrobacias cuándo mueves una caña con plumas. Despierta su instinto cazador y activa todos sus sentidos… hasta que vuelve a su modo tranquilo y relajado.

Ha convivido con un niño pequeño 👦🏻 eran buenos compañeros de juegos y dormía con él acurrucado en la almohada. Nico es muy respetuoso y se adapta a cada momento, ya sean juegos o la hora de dormir.

Le hace feliz disfrutar mucho del aire libre: pasear por una terraza segura o simplemente contemplar a los pájaros. Disfrutar del aire fresco es todo un placer.

Y tiene un pequeño detalle que seguro te sacará una sonrisa: si dejas la puerta del baño abierta 🚽 es muy probable que decida acompañarte subiéndose a tus piernas. No le importan tus necesidades, las suyas son más importantes: recibir mimos.

Así que, si buscas un compañero cariñoso y cercano, con su toque independiente, Nico es tu mejor candidato ❤️

Nico apareció desorientado en unos tejados, sin rumbo claro. Preguntamos a vecinos, pero nadie lo conocía. No sabemos si fue un abandono o un gato outdoor, pero llegó sin desparasitar, sin chip, sin castrar y con algunas heridas de peleas. Desde que está con nosotros, nadie ha preguntado por él.

Si adoptas en pareja te recomendamos: Nico prefiere vivir sin otros compañeros gatunos. Será el rey del hogar como "gato único".

¿Puede vivir con niños? Sí! De hecho ha convivido muy bien con un niño pequeño. Conoce bien los límites y es un buen compañero deee juegos.

¿Puede vivir con otros animales? Nico prefiere vivir como gato único en el hogar.

Hogar ideal: Vivir en cualquier tipo de familia, ya sea un(a) solter@, una pareja o una familia más grande con niños. ¡Un balcón o terraza es siempre una ventaja!
