Personality: Nini is an easygoing and loving boy. He was a longtime favourite of the women feeding the street cats where he was living, and was just waiting for his chance to find a life with the love of a family. That time has come 🤗 They miss him a lot!

Nini loves to wind his way around your legs and he just turns to mush when you pat him. He likes to follow you around and see what's going on. He's not clingy, and in fact he's also very content to have some space to himself sitting on the seat he's chosen as his throne 🤭 but he is certainly a lapcat and a companion cat. He would be best-suited to homebody types who are looking to give and receive affection. He will be an amazing friend for life ❤ He can get a bit nervous around sudden movements or noises to start with but Nini's emotional centre is in loving humans and being touched, so if you show him it is fine, he is fine. He has a wonderful purr.

He isn't a particularly playful cat (or at least not yet, from what we see). He enjoys playing a little but is a lover rather than a mover 😹 Although we've got to say, we think he must be an excellent hunter because when he does get hold of a toy mouse or similar, his technique seems very well-tested. No more real mice or rats for this boy, though!

Nini hasn't got a mean bone in his body and while he lived in a colony he never had any problem with other cats, but he did prefer to live away from them. He is a human fan, rather than a cat fan. So we think this boy would prefer to be the cat king of his future home. If you're looking for a cat to give your heart to, and for him to do the same in return, this sweet boy is the one for you ❣

If adopting as a pair we recommend: Nini is in his foster home as an only cat, so we don't have any particular pairing to recommend for him. We think he would be happiest as an only cat.

Can live with kids? Yes, he would be fine with kids but would prefer a quieter home.

Can live other animals? With other cats, yes. Untested with dogs so we aren't sure, but suspect he would be fine so long as their personalities are compatible.

Ideal home: As a single cat or with another cat friend, living with an affectionate single person or couple, in a home where people are often around for company.

A balcony or terrace is always a plus!

Personalidad: Nini es un chico tranquilo y cariñoso. Durante mucho tiempo fue el favorito de las mujeres que alimentaban a los gatos callejeros donde vivía, y estaba esperando su oportunidad de encontrar una vida con el amor de una familia. Llegó ese momento 🤗 ¡Lo extrañan mucho!

A Nini le encanta restregarse entre tus piernas y se derrite cuando lo acaricias. Le gusta seguirte y ver qué está pasando. No es pesado, y de hecho también está a gusto con su espacio propio en la silla que ha elegido como su trono 🤭 pero ciertamente es un gato faldero y un gato de compañía. Sería el más adecuado para los tipos caseros que buscan dar y recibir afecto. Será un gran amigo de por vida ❤ Al principio, puede ponerse un poco nervioso con los movimientos repentinos o los ruidos, pero el centro emocional de Nini es amar a los humanos y ser tocado, así que si le demuestras que está bien, él está bien. Tiene un ronroneo fuerte.

No es un gato particularmente juguetón (o al menos no todavía, por lo que vemos). Le gusta jugar un poco pero él es de dar amor más que de moverse 😹 Aunque tenemos que decirlo, creemos que debe ser un excelente cazador porque cuando logra agarrar un juguete de ratoncito o parecido, su técnica parece muy probada. ¡Sin embargo, no más ratones o ratas reales para este caballero!

Nini no tiene un hueso de maldad en su cuerpo y mientras vivió en una colonia nunca tuvo ningún problema con otros gatos, pero sí prefirió vivir a parte de ellos. Es un fan de los humanos, en lugar de un fan de otros felinos. Así que pensamos que este chico preferiría ser el rey gato de su futuro hogar. Si estás buscando un gato al que darle tu corazón y que él haga lo mismo a cambio, este dulce chico es para ti ❣

Si adoptas en pareja te recomendamos: Nini está en su casa de acogida como gato único, por lo que no tenemos ninguna pareja en particular para recomendarte. Pensamos que estaría más feliz como gato único.

¿Puede vivir con niños?: Sí, estaría bien con niños pero preferiría un hogar más tranquilo.

¿Puede vivir con otros animales?: Con otros gatos, sí. No hemos probado con perros, por lo que no estamos seguras, pero sospechamos que estaría bien siempre que sus personalidades sean compatibles.

Hogar ideal: Como gato único o con otro amigo gatuno, viviendo con un(a) solter@ o pareja cariños@, en un hogar donde la familia es bastante casero.

¡Un balcón o terraza es siempre una ventaja!
