Personality: Susi has changed so much from when she arrived with us into her foster home, she is now a happy, sociable, loving little girl ❤
She arrived to us in a sad state with a bad eye and neck injury; she was scared and hurting. Watching her feel so much better after her eye surgery and seeing her true personality emerge has been such a joy. She likes to meet new people, doesn’t mind being picked up for a cuddle, and she ALWAYS loves to play. Susi plays with her big brothers and little sisters, and she also likes to play games by herself. Since discovering her love of tinsel at Christmas, Susi now has her own piece to play with, along with her ‘treasure box’ of paper, in which she can be found sleeping or playing about 60% of the time!
Susi isn’t much of a morning person, and rarely gets up for breakfast with her siblings. Her day begins with lunch! She is a small kitty but she has huge paws, and her missing eye causes her no trouble at all, just the occasional missed swipe at a flying toy 😂
She is still a bit scared by loud noises or sudden movements so she wouldn't like a super busy home. She does, however, likes greeting visitors and being with her family. She loves tickles all over her body, especially under her armpits - she will lay down and show you her tummy and when you tickle her, she will make biscuits with her paws over your hand whilst she purrs like a little train.
Susi is in a big cat family right now in her foster home, and would really like to have at least one cat friend in her new home.
Medical note: Susi has lost one of her eyes due to a common virus in kittens. She has no higher health risks than any other cat or kitten and the only impact is that that she occasionally misses when she tries to kill a flying toy 😉
If adopting as a pair we recommend: Susi's sisters have been adopted so we have no suggestion for a partner at this time, however as new cats and kittens arrive with Gatalunya constantly please let us know if you are interested in adopting two! Susi has been in a foster home with her sisters and two older cats and is very well-socialised and integrated into a big and loving cat home.
Can Iive with kids? Yes, though she would prefer older children or teenagers if there are children in the home!
Can live with other animals? With other cats, yes. A big yes! We are unlikely to consider Susi as an only cat since she has always had a big cat family around her and thrives in it. She hasn't been tested with a dog and it would depend on their disposition. Any other animals likely fine.
Ideal home: with another cat(s) of a similar personality to cuddle and play with, and any kind of family: a couple, single person or one with older children or teens. A balcony or terrace is always a plus!

Personalidad: Susi ha cambiado mucho desde que nos llegó a su casa de acogida, ahora es una gatita feliz, sociable y cariñosa ❤
Llegó a nosotras en un estado lamentable con una lesión grave en el ojo y el cuello; estaba asustada y herida. Verla sentirse mucho mejor después de su cirugía ocular y ver emerger su verdadera personalidad ha sido una gran alegría. Le gusta conocer gente nueva, no le importa que la cojan para abrazarla y SIEMPRE le encanta jugar. Susi juega con sus hermanos mayores y hermanas pequeñas, y también le gusta jugar sola. Desde que descubrió su amor por el oropel en Navidad, Susi ahora tiene su propia pieza para jugar, junto con su "caja del tesoro" de papel, ¡en la que se la puede encontrar durmiendo o jugando aproximadamente el 60% del tiempo!
Susi no es muy madrugadora y rara vez se levanta a desayunar con sus hermanos. ¡Su día comienza con el almuerzo! Es una gatita pequeña, pero tiene patitas enormes, y el ojo que le falta no le causa ningún problema, solo un fallo ocasional cuando intenta matar a un juguete volador 😂 Todavía está un poco asustada por los ruidos fuertes o los movimientos repentinos, por lo que no le gustaría tener una casa muy ocupada. Sin embargo, le gusta saludar a los visitantes y estar con su familia. Le encantan las cosquillas en todo el cuerpo, especialmente debajo de las axilas, se acostará y te mostrará su barriga y cuando le hagas cosquillas, hará masajitas con sus patas sobre tu mano mientras ronronea como un trenecito.
Susi está en una familia de muchos felinos en este momento en su casa de acogida y realmente le gustaría tener al menos un amig@ gatun@ en su nuevo hogar.
Nota médica: Susi ha perdido uno de sus ojos debido a un virus común en los gatitos. No tiene mayores riesgos para la salud que cualquier otro gato, y el único impacto es que ocasionalmente falla cuando trata de matar a un juguete volador 😉
Si adoptas en pareja, recomendamos: Las hermanas de Susi han sido adoptadas, por lo que no tenemos sugerencias para una pareja en este momento, sin embargo, a medida que llegan nuevos gatos y gatitos a Gatalunya constantemente, ¡háganos saber si estás interesad@ en adoptar dos! Susi ha estado en una casa de acogida con sus hermanas y dos gatos adultos y está muy bien socializada e integrada en un hogar de gatos grande y cariñoso.
¿Puede vivir con niños? ¡Sí, aunque preferiría niños mayores o adolescentes si hay niños en el hogar!
¿Puede vivir con otros animales? Con otros gatos, sí. ¡Un gran sí! Es poco probable que consideremos a Susi como una única gata, ya que siempre ha tenido una familia de grandes felinos a su alrededor y prospera en ella. Ella no ha estado con perros y dependería de su disposición. Cualquier otro animal probablemente esté bien.
Hogar ideal: con otr@(s) gatit@(s) de personalidad similar para acurrucarse y jugar, y cualquier tipo de familia; ya sea una pareja, una soltera, o una familia con niños mayores/adolescentes. ¡Un balcón o terraza siempre es un plus!
