Toast

Personality: Toast is a bold kitten who has loved humans from the very beginning. He was the first to be "trapped" - aka "picked up by hand by the person who has the vegetable garden where the kittens were born and given directly into the arms of our teammate."  He was clearly not interested in a street life. He has zero fear. He comes running whenever people enter the room. If a human even looks at Toast he starts purring and rubbing up against you and asking for strokes please. He is very gentle.

What else does Toast like? He loves to play, especially with balls and mice. He'll carry a mouse around and growl at his brothers if they try to take his catch from him. Then he hides them for later 😹 He is also a liquid kitty who loves to squeeze into small spaces, under cabinets and inside boxes. And he is obsessed with food and always wants moooooore.

Loves: humans, toy mice, FOOD

Hates: nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️❤️

Toast is an easy, well-rounded kitten who will fit into anywhere and will be happy wherever life takes him. He gets on well with both his brothers. The boys were born in a huerto / vegetable garden. He and his brother Butter have proven to be particularly strong and resiliant after surviving a nasty virus in their early days with us (they are healthy and pose no risk to other cats).

If adopting as a pair we recommend: One of his brothers, Butter or Jam. We would also have other options to recommend as a good pairing amongst our other foster kittens: if you're interested in matches, ask us!

Can Iive with kids? Yes

Can live with other animals? Yes. Untested with dogs but we think he'd be fine.

Ideal home: Living with one of his siblings or another cat in any kind of family, be that with a single person, couple, or family with kids.

A balcony or terrace is always a plus! We give priority to people applying who are interested in adopting siblings together. We also love the idea of a family looking for a friend and playmate for their resident cat.

Personalidad: Toast es un gatito atrevido que ha amado a los humanos desde el principio. Fue el primero en ser "capturado", es decir, "cogido en brazos por la persona que tiene el huerto donde nacieron los gatitos y entregado directamente a los brazos de nuestra compañera."  Estaba claro que no le interesaba la vida en la calle. Tiene cero miedo. Viene corriendo cada vez que alguien entra en una habitación. Si un humano mira a Toast, empieza a ronronear, a frotarse contra ti y a pedirte caricias, por favor. Es muy tierno.

¿Qué más le gusta a Toast? Le encanta jugar, sobre todo con pelotas y ratones. Lleva un ratón y gruñe a sus hermanos si intentan quitárselo. Luego lo esconde para más tarde 😹 También es un gatito líquido al que le encanta meterse en espacios pequeños, debajo de armarios y dentro de cajas. Y está obsesionado con la comida y siempre quiere mucho máaaaaaaas.

Le encantan: los humanos, los ratones de juguete, la COMIDA.

Odia: nada 🤷🏻‍♀️❤️

Toast es un gatito fácil y polifacético que encajará en cualquier sitio y será feliz allá donde la vida le lleve. Se lleva muy bien con sus dos hermanos. Nacieron en un huerto. Él y su hermano Butter han demostrado ser especialmente fuertes y resistentes tras sobrevivir a un desagradable virus en sus primeros días con nosotrxs (están sanos y no suponen ningún riesgo para otros gatos).

Si adoptas en pareja te recomendamos: Uno de sus hermanos, Butter o Jam. También habría la posibilidad de formar pareja con alguno de los gatitos que están en acogida en otro hogar: si estuvieras interesad@, pregúntanos!

¿Puede vivir con niños? Sí

¿Puede vivir con otros animales? Sí, no se ha probado con perros pero creemos que con la debida presentación no habría ningún problema. 

Hogar ideal: Vivir con uno de sus hermanos u otro gato en cualquier tipo de familia, ya sea un(a) solter@, una pareja o una familia con niños.

¡Un balcón o terraza es siempre una ventaja! Damos prioridad a las personas que estén interesadas en adoptar hermanos juntos. También nos encanta la idea de una familia que busque un amigo para su gat@ residente.
